Saarthi – Educating beyond education

We recognise that our students’ information and emotional needs evolve through their growing years and so do the most suitable ways to meet them. As our students approach the adolescent years, we endeavour to assign them a mentor to address their issues. Our mentors aim to build bonds of trust with the children and offer them the needed guidance and assistance. Mentoring sessions also provide a platform to appraise, prepare and equip the children for the challenges they are likely to face in the coming years or phases of their lives.

We have also integrated career counselling talks and sessions into the Saarthi program. We constantly endeavour to appraise the students of the various career opportunities available to them and guide them on how to work towards the career of their choice/ liking.
